Ingredients:

1 package of rectangular puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
250g of crème fraîche
120g of smoked ham, diced
150g of grated cheese

Roll out the puff pastry:
Start by rolling out the rectangular puff pastry.
First layer of filling:
Spread half of the sour cream evenly over one half of the puff pastry.
Sprinkle half of the diced ham and grated cheese over the sour cream.
