Japanese Apple Cake: A Heavenly 5-Minute Dessert Sensation
Repeat the layers of apples and batter until all the apples and batter are used. The top layer should be apples.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before 1 inverting it onto a serving plate.
Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
