Ingredients

For the Pistachio Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup pistachio paste (or finely ground pistachios for a more subtle flavor)

¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped (for garnish)

For the Crunchy Topping:

½ cup pistachios, chopped

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
