Delicious potatoes with spinach and eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into pieces or slices
  • 250 grams of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100 grams of creamy cheese
  • 150 grams of firm mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dried garlic powder, optional, to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
