Cheesecake Brownies
Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar until combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts, if using. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
