1. Mango Ice Cream with Fresh Mango Chunks
Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tbsp sugar (adjust depending on sweetness of mangoes)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Extra diced mango for topping
Instructions:

Blend mango flesh until smooth.

In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Fold in the mango purée until evenly combined.

Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

If no ice cream maker, pour into a container and freeze for 1 hour. Stir to break ice crystals, then freeze for 5-6 more hours.

Crushed ice

Roasted peanuts (optional topping)
Instructions:

In a glass, layer diced avocado.
