In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk. Sift in the cornstarch and continue whisking to combine. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.
Pour the mixture into the 20 cm (8-inch) loaf pan and level it with a spatula. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes.
After baking, transfer the cake to a serving platter and decorate with powdered sugar.
Cut the cake slice and serve.
