Why are ants invading your garden?

Here’s a tried and tested tip! In addition to being  environmentally friendly , it’s very economical since it  costs less than 20 cents to prepare .

Ingredients :

  • 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of boric acid powder  (available in pharmacies or drugstores)

Preparation :

  1. Mash the hard-boiled egg yolks  until you get a fine purée.
  2. Add the honey and boric acid.
  3. Mix thoroughly  until you get a smooth paste.

Application :

Place small portions  of this mixture near  anthills  or on  paths used by ants . Attracted by the smell, they will bring this paste back to their nest. After consuming it, they will gradually die from  dehydration .

Caution:  Keep this mixture  out of reach of children and pets.
