1. Make the Rice Water Solution:
After rinsing or boiling rice (white or brown), save the water. Let it cool completely.
Stir 1 teaspoon of the cooled rice water into 1 cup of regular water.
2. Apply to the Orchid:
Use the diluted rice water to gently water the orchid’s roots or mist the leaves and soil.
Apply once every 7–10 days, ideally in the morning when the plant is most active.
3. Watch for New Growth:
Within a few weeks, you may notice healthier leaves, stronger roots, and new flower spikes forming.
Serving and Storage Tips:
Use Fresh: Rice water is best used the same day it’s made, as it can ferment and sour over time.
Store in Fridge (Up to 2 Days): If needed, keep leftover rice water in a sealed container and bring to room temperature before use.
