Cookie Butter Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Step 1: Preparing the Strawberries

- Using a sharp knife, remove the green tops and hull out a small portion from the center of each strawberry, creating a cavity for the filling.
- Set the prepared strawberries aside on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 2: Making the Cheesecake Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off).
