Cookie Butter Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Step 1: Preparing the Strawberries

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Using a sharp knife, remove the green tops and hull out a small portion from the center of each strawberry, creating a cavity for the filling.
  3. Set the prepared strawberries aside on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 2: Making the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off).
