-Carrot Salad with Pineapple & Walnuts

Blend the creamy base:
In a blender, mix the condensed milk, whipping cream, vanilla, and about 2 tablespoons of pineapple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the salad base:
In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, diced pineapple, remaining syrup, chopped walnuts, and raisins.

Mix everything together:
Pour the creamy mixture from the blender over the carrot mixture. Gently stir until the carrots are well coated.

Chill before serving:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to set.
